How it Works
Your Private Retreat with Darla has four parts
01
Intake Experience
A. Intake Form and Assessments
You’ll submit a comprehensive intake form about your intentions along with three assessments that Darla will review, asking for clarification if needed.
B. The Love Journey
In this 90-minute virtual session via zoom, Darla will connect with your words and your energy body. Using her Sourced Magic she will uncover the energy pattern that is ready to show itself and be transformed in this season of your work. (You will lie down with headphones and camera off for this session).

Custom Retreat Design
Darla will create a custom intention and experience for your private retreat based on your intake experience. The energetic intention will be discussed during your Love Journey, and the practical intentions will be clarified via email prior to retreat.
The custom experience is designed to catalyze your new alignment. Prior clients have explored connection to nature or community, engaged in physically or emotionally expanding activities, gotten visible, or been deeply nurtured based on Darla’s intuitive guidance.
The location of your retreat may inform the design. In 2023 we have retreat dates in Austin, TX, Glenwood Springs, CO and Park City, UT!

Your Private Retreat
A. You’ll meet Darla in an agreed upon location, for your 2-night experience.
B. Airport transportation and lodging is included in your experience. We generally provide high-end accommodations, though this may be modified based on your personal transformational intention (e.g. perhaps a wilderness retreat is the perfect experience for you!)
C. Meals and experiences will be arranged, most often including a welcome dinner, lunch and dinner on retreat day, and a send-off brunch, and at least one custom-designed experience.
D. We will focus on your personal business and brand strategy for a 5-hour session on retreat day, in addition to your transformational/ energetic/ embodiment/ soul nourishing/ crown-claiming experiences together.
E. All meeting notes will be typed and sent to you within 48 hours of your retreat.

Follow Up Integration Support
You have 2 weeks of follow up support via text and email to ensure your strategy and action plans are clear, and one 90-minute zoom session with Darla to seal in your transformation and ask any follow up questions that arise. Some clients will choose to continue coaching with Darla privately in a 6-month Integration Container.
